Fields Remembered.

Our Forgotten Fields project will be showcasing its work and findings from the last two years at this year’s Manchester Histories Festival (MHF); a celebration of Greater Manchester’s unique history and heritage through a packed ten day programme of events and activities.

MHF Celebration Day, 3 March

MHF's Celebration Day will be held on Saturday 3 March in Manchester Town Hall and will feature over 80 exhibitors, talks, cookery demonstrations, walking tours, games, a music Fanzine Panel, and workshops...all free of charge!

Stop by and visit the Forgotten Fields team who will be hosting a stall showing off our soon to be completed website (forgottenfields.org.uk) and our 2012 food heritage calendars. Fiona will be on hand to talk about our projects across Greater Manchester and our growing picture of how our city's population has been fed since the industrial revolution.
