Discover the healing power of plants in a guided walk around the farm.
As part of this guided walk, you’ll learn to how to identify medicinal plants in the wild, understand how they can be used as remedies and ethically forage plant material for yourself.
This activity is aimed at beginners.
We suggest wearing sturdy, waterproof footwear - walking boots are ideal. The farm is an open windy site so we recommend wearing a few layers to keep warm. And of course, we never can trust the weather so it’s best to bring a waterproof!
We kindly ask that you don’t bring your dogs with you.
The farm is about to undergo refurbishment so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible at the moment. We have limited facilities with one indoor toilet which is up a set of stairs. As a working farm, the ground can be uneven in places making activities in the fields difficult for those with limited mobility. If you have any questions about access, please contact: hayley@kindling.org.uk
You must register to come to this event as facilities and parking are limited.
