Forest School Holiday Club

Join us for some summer fun, bring your friends and make new ones. The day will involve playing games and making friends, using tools for green woodwork, crafts with natural resources, den building, getting muddy, exploring, fire and cooking. Run by Ali, Forest School leader with 15+ years experience of working in schools and holiday clubs. 

If you want to book for more than one person, please register them separately.

Our Forest School Holiday Club will take place outdoors regardless of the weather so please make sure children are dressed appropriately; even on a sunny day, the site can feel chilly so we’d advise wearing a couple of layers and there’s a chance that children could get mucky and wet so you might like to pack a change of clothes too. We suggest children wear:

• Closed toe outdoor shoes, boots, trainers or wellies with socks (innersoles work well to insulate cold feet)
• A long sleeve t-shirt, long trousers or leggings - it’s best that limbs are covered so they don’t get scratched by brambles and nettles
• A warm layer fleece/ hoody
• A waterproof outer coat and waterproof trousers

There’s a chance that the weather could change throughout the day so it’s best to pack suncream too!

Please include a substantial packed lunch as children get hungry when they’re outdoors all day - we will provide extra drinking water. In line with our food policy, we encourage reusable/ recyclable packaging, healthy food with minimal sugary snacks and drinks.
