The march will end at the Bargehouse where the international ‘We Feed the World’ exhibition is running. The exhibition is a global photography initiative of over 300 images capturing the triumphs and tribulations of 50 farming communities across six continents, including stories of UK based farmers, seed growers and members of the Landworkers' Alliance.

At the venue there will be an afternoon of workshops and talks about how we can all organise for a better food system. There will also be a ‘disco soup’ lunch so bring ingredients to contribute to the pot!

Please arrive at 11.30am and no later! Meet at Parliament Square, Westminster, London SW1P 3JX. The march will proceed along a direct route to the Bargehouse Gallery in South Bank (Oxo Tower Wharf, Barge House St, London SE1 9PH) where the We Feed The World exhibition is being held. Here will be speeches and talks from members and supporters of the Landworkers' Alliance and our allies.

There will be soup made by LWA members, a farmers market and plenty of cafes in the local area.
1.45 pm - 2.45pm : THE FUTURE OF FOOD: WHY WE NEED TO CHALLENGE THE INDUSTRIAL FOOD GIANTS
Keynote address by Anna Lappe US activist and bestselling author of Diet for a Hot Planet: The Climate Crisis at the End of Your Fork, Anna Lappé, will deliver the exhibition’s keynote speech, connecting the dots between the climate crisis, personal health, community well-being, and the need to stand up to the chemical and agribusiness corporations undermining the future of people, other species and our planet.
3.00 pm - 4.00 pm : WHAT'S SO WRONG WITH THE COMMODIFICATION OF OUR FOOD?
Anna Lappe, Gerald Miles and Jyoti Fernandes Farmer, Gerald Miles, and Landworkers' Alliance member, Jyoti Fernandes, join Anna Lappé to discuss how a global food system dominated by just a handful of corporations—from food retailers to seed and chemical companies to agribusiness giants—fails both the farmer and end-user. Together, they’ll offer up ways we can challenge these global giants and develop alternatives for sourcing our weekly shop. Chaired by We Feed the World Director, Francesca Price.
4.00 pm - 5.00 pm : POLITICAL TRAINING AND DISCUSSION ABOUT THE AGRICULTURE BILL WITH THE LANDWORKERS' ALLIANCE
We will be holding a political training, discussing our respond to the agriculture bill and what you can do to get involved and lobby your MPs.
5.00 pm onwards : PUB
Everyone's invited to come to The White Hart Pub on 29 Cornwall Road, SE1 8TJ. It's just a 5 minute walk from the exhibition and it will give us all some space to unwind from the day over a pint.
