Join us for a squash-harvest-special volunteer day at Kindling Farm! Please register below for Sunday 19th October (9.30am-4.30pm)

Training level: Beginner
Event details:

Autumn has arrived at Kindling Farm and that means only one thing, the squash are ready for harvesting!

As part of our ambitious first growing season, we've planted 10 varieties of squash at the farm with incredible names including Queensland Blue, Crown Prince, Celebration and Cha Cha. Over the next month, they'll ALL be ripe for picking so we'd very much appreciate many hands on deck to help us with the harvest.

And we will be treating our volunteers to a delicious squash soup for lunch, as well as a squash tasting session to introduce the many different flavours of our ten varieties of squash - all roasted to perfection!

Our volunteer days are a real chance to get your hands dirty and get involved in the food production. They're a great opportunity to get to know Kindling Farm and your fellow farm community a bit better.

If you are booking for more than one person, please make sure you register them separately.
