Join us for our first volunteer weekend of 2025!
Following all the tree and hedgerow planting we did on the farm last year, there's a lot of maintenance to do and we would love you to come and help us out.
Maintenance involves a range of tasks from trimming the new hedge plants, to encourage stronger and thicker growth, rather than growing taller and spindly; giving them a good weed to give them some air and reduce competition; and replacing any hedge plants that haven't survived with new saplings. So all good, satisfying and essential work!
Days will run from 9.30am - 4pm and it's a great opportunity to get to know Kindling Farm and some of your fellow farm members a bit better. We will provide refreshments, a delicious organic soup and good company!
