Grow, Cook, and Eat
Grow, Cook & Eat is a referral programme which supports people to take greater control of their health and well being. It combines local organic veg with cookery, socialising and food growing at Woodbank Community Food Hub in Woodbank Park, Stockport.
To take part you need to be referred through a service which supports you with your health, well being or independence. This could be your GP surgery, a Local Authority service or an independent organisation.
