The Heritage Lottery Fund uses money raised through the National Lottery to 'sustain and transform our heritage'. It supports museums, parks and historic places as well as the natural environment and cultural traditions.
The Kindling Trust has secured Heritage Lottery support of around £40,000 to support its food heritage project: Forgotten Fields.
